LOS ANGELES, Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Avril Lavigne dismissed rehab rumors Tuesday on Twitter.

Reports the 30-year-old singer is being treated for addiction surfaced after Lavigne revealed she is struggling with undisclosed "health issues" earlier this month.

"The rehab RUMORS are hilarious!" she tweeted. "The only thing I'm addicted to right now is Bing Crosby. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! and to all a goodnight!"

Lavigne had admitted to "not feeling well" in a direct message conversation with Twitter fan account @AvrilMusicChart. Her representative later denied the singer is pregnant, but did not elaborate on the star's health.

Lavigne released her fifth studio album, Avril Lavigne, in November 2013. The record debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, and includes the singles "Rock n Roll" and "Hello Kitty." She told @AvrilMusicChart new music will be delayed due to her illness.
