Miley Cyrus shares photos after being hospitalized for wrist cyst

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus was hospitalized Friday over a wound on her wrist.

Sources told E! News, the singer was undergoing a scheduled cyst removal procedure, but did not give much details about the surgery.

Cyrus, 22, shared several Instagram pictures from her hospital visit including graphic photos of the flesh under her wrist with images of pizza and a photo of her and Justin Bieber photoshopped over it.

While the singer hasn't commented on her condition following the hospitalization, insiders said, "she's doing fine."

On Saturday Cyrus and her new boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger were spotted at a benefit for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Beverly Hills.
