Hazel E, Katt Williams confirm their relationship

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Hazel E and Katt Williams are officially dating.

The 34-year-old reality star and 41-year-old comedian sparked relationship rumors when Williams gave Hazel E a shout out at one of his recent comedy shows. The pair have since confirmed they are a couple in an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine.

"We met through a mutual acquaintance at an event at The London Hotel in Hollywood," Hazel E revealed. "Our relationship has been official for a few weeks. It's still new, exciting and refreshing. I still blush when I see him and that's every day."

"I'm excited," Williams added. "She is a beautiful person and she brings a lot of positive energy to my life."

Hazel E was previously linked to rapper Yung Berg and actor Chet Hanks. She currently stars with Teairra Mari, Ray J, Omarion, Soulja Boy and others on VH1 reality series Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. The show is in its first season, and airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.

Williams performs comedy live, and has also appeared in such television specials as HBO's The Pimp Chronicles, Pt. 1 and It's Pimpin' Pimpin'. He made his acting debut on ABC drama N.Y.P.D. Blue in 2002, and portrayed Money Mike in Ice Cube film Friday After Next.
