LOS ANGELES, July 28 (UPI) -- Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone is selling the Los Angeles mansion she purchased from Aaron Spelling three years ago.
TMZ reports, the fashion designer is looking to make a big profit from the sale as she listed the 57,000-square-foot Holmby Hills estate for $100 million after paying $85 million for it in 2011.

Ecclestone is reportedly letting go of the property because she and her husband, British businessman James Stunt, are moving back to London.
Ecclestone purchased The Manor from Spelling's ex-wife Candy Spelling and reportedly spent "a fortune" redoing it.
