MIDDLETOWN, N.J., June 17 (UPI) -- Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was arrested on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old Jersey Shore star was taken into custody after he was involved in a "fist fight" inside his New Jersey tanning salon. Sources tell TMZ the brawl was between Mike and his brother Frank. The reality star posted $500 bail and is expected to be released later in the day.

Mike and his family own the tanning salon where the fight took place. The business has struggled to take off, and four salon employees recently filed a police report in order to get paid. Reportedly, the paychecks the Sorrentinos gave them bounced, and each person was owed $100 to $200. Mike is said to have attributed the problem as "an innocent mix-up" when "the store changed payroll companies."
