Matt Nathanson opened for Gavin DeGraw back in 2003, when DeGraw's debut album, Chariot, was getting serious radio play thanks to singles like "I Don't Wanna Be" and follow through.

This summer, the longtime friends are getting back together for a joint tour through North America, taking their heartfelt, guitar-strumming anthems from Tuscon, on June 13, to Pomona, N.Y., on August 25.
