TMZ cited law enforcement sources as saying a woman recently filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department accusing "The Voice" judge of sexual assault.

The identity of the alleged victim, as well as when the supposed incident took place and specifically what Green allegedly did were not immediately known, the celebrity news website said.

TMZ said police have spoken to staff at a restaurant linked to the case, however, it is also unclear if the eatery is where the assault allegedly happened.

Green told the website he has done nothing wrong.

"Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else," Green said, referring to the restaurant.

Authorities said no charges have been filed and the case has not been referred to prosecutors.

STEVEN TYLER: Rocker Steven Tyler has ended his engagement to his longtime girlfriend, Erin Brady, a source close to the couple told the New York Post.

The singer proposed to Brady in Hawaii in 2011 after about five years of dating. He has since been touring with Aerosmith in support of the band's upcoming album "Music From Another Dimension."

"Steven has quietly ended it with his fiancee," an unidentified insider told the Post.

"Steven has been trying to maintain his lifestyle and to stay clean," the source said. "The tour is really important to him and the band. So he decided to end it."

But an Aerosmith publicist shot down the report.

"Just as any couple goes through trials and tribulations in a relationship, Steven and Erin are asking for their privacy at this time," the band's representative told the Post. "They are engaged to be married and each is committed to their sobriety. Any claim to the contrary is absolutely false and misleading."

EVAN RACHEL WOOD: Evan Rachel Wood's publicist confirmed the U.S. actress has married her beau, British actor Jamie Bell.

Wood, 25, first dated Bell, 26, in 2005 when they both appeared in Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends" music video.

They broke up in 2006 and Wood went on to get engaged to shock rocker Marilyn Manson in 2010.

She reconnected with Bell last year after breaking up with Manson and she married Bell Tuesday, People.com reported Wednesday.

"The bride wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera," her representative said in a statement to the celebrity news website. "It was a small ceremony with close family and friends."

No other details about the service, including where it took place, were immediately available.

RAINN WILSON: Actor Rainn Wilson says he won't be starring in an "Office" spinoff set on a Pennsylvania beet farm after all.

NBC had explored the possibility of giving Dwight Schrute, Wilson's character on "The Office," his own show after the workplace comedy wraps its ninth season this spring.

But Wilson announced Tuesday the network decided against the new series.

"NBC has passed on moving forward with 'The Farm' TV show. Had a blast making the pilot -- onwards & upwards!" Wilson said via Twitter.
