HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- When Lindsay Lohan goes before a California judge for alleged probation violations her jail sentence could stretch up to a year and a half, officials said.

Lohan goes Wednesday before Judge Stephanie Sautner, who will rule whether the actress has violated the terms of her probation, TMZ.com reported Sunday.

Some of the questions Sautner is likely to ask are why Lohan did not show up nine times at the Downtown Women's Center where she was to perform community service; and why, when she did show up, she not spend the minimum of 4 hours at a time.

The Women's Center asked her to leave and Lohan was reassigned to serve with the American Red Cross.

Also at issue is why Lohan allegedly failed to attend weekly court-ordered visits with a psychiatrist. The actress contends she conducted many by phone, TMZ.com said.
