TRENTON, N.J., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- One of the stars of cable television's "Jersey Shore" says the key component of a Halloween costume portraying the partier's lifestyle is the "hair."

Costumes featuring the show's hard-partying stars are flying off the shelf this year, People Magazine reported.

The popular program features a house full of young people who live for the party life, the report said.

"I think that's so cool. A million Snookis running around, a million Situations and Pauly D's, it's funny," said Paul "Pauly D" Delvecchio.

"Snooki," "The Situation" and "Pauly D" are all cast members; Snooki is known for her extremely tall hair style, low-cut tops and foul language, and Delvecchio is notable for the amount of hair gel he uses, the report said.

The show's stars apparently don't want to be themselves this Halloween; Delvecchio said the most important part of looking like Snooki or Pauly D is "the hair."

"I was thinking of being a sexy pickle," said Nicole Polizzi, who plays Snooki on the program.

Delvecchio said he might go as teen heartthrob Justin Bieber.

"I got Bieber Fever!" Delvecchio told People. "I never wear my hair down ever, so it will be the first time in my life I ever deejay with my hair down."
