LONDON, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- The Urban Music Awards show in London ended abruptly after two men in the audience were stabbed during a brawl.

The Times of London said police questioned hundreds of people about the fracas that broke out at the O2 arena during the weekend. One man was arrested.

Two men sustained knife wounds in the melee, which ended the show after it was only on for 90 minutes, the newspaper said. Estelle, Adele, Leona Lewis, Dizzee Rascal and Duffy were among the recording artists up for awards at Saturday's ceremony.

Awards show attendee Mark Hudson told The Times: "There's a reputation for these events that people carry knives, but there were no searches, no nothing. I was worried about this before I came here. It was a big brawl, I would guess about 25 or 30 people, with chairs being thrown."
