Jonas Brothers win big at Teen Choice

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- The Jonas Brothers reportedly won six surfboards at the 10th Annual Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

The youthful awards show, which honors the year's best in film, television, music, comedy, sports and fashion is to air Monday night on Fox. The program was taped Sunday.

E! Online said the fraternal bandmates won the prizes for Choice Breakout Band, Male Hotties and Male Red Carpet Icons, as well as the awards for Choice Single and Love Song for "When You Look Me in the Eyes" and the prize for Summer Song for "Burnin' Up."

The CW television series "Gossip Girl" also earned six awards, including Choice TV Drama and Breakout Show, as well as the breakout acting prizes for leads Chace Crawford and Blake Lively, who was also named best actress in a drama. The show's Ed Westwick also won the award for best villain.

Recording artist Chris Brown took home five surfboards, while singer-TV actress Miley Cyrus and film star Will Smith each earned three, E! Online said.

Cyrus also served as the awards show's host.
