Gwen Stefani designs her own dolls

NEW YORK, Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Grammy winner and fashion icon Gwen Stefani has designed a line of dolls in her image clad in the costumes she wore for her "Angel. Love. Music. Baby" tour.

Each of the eight limited edition dolls will take on one of the characters assumed by Stefani during her world tour such as the "Hollaback Girl" to the Harajuku Girls of Tokyo, Huckleberry Toys of New York announced Wednesday.

"I thought the dolls would be a good opportunity to capture some of the key looks from the album and the tour," Stefani said. "The Harajuku Girls and I wore such wicked costumes we had to share them with the world again."

The dolls will hit retail stores this fall, Huckleberry Toys said.
