LOS ANGELES, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- Celebrity couple Victoria and David Beckham are invited to Los Angeles to see Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' daughter, Suri, but with strings attached.
The invitation was accompanied by a list of Scientology rules, the Daily Mail reported.
Only a handful of people -- including Cruise's former steady, actress Penélope Cruz -- have been allowed to see the 4-month-old baby, who has been kept out of the public eye.
A source told the newspaper the Beckhams were honored by the invitation, but "shocked" to learn that if they decide to visit, they must follow strict rules of the Church of Scientology.
"Apparently they can't take any photographic equipment, they're banned from touching Suri and they're not allowed to do any baby-talk around her," the source said.
That could prove difficult for Victoria who loves babies and wants one of her own, the newspaper said.
Suri, born in April, is Holmes' first child. Cruise adopted two children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
Suri means "princess" in Hebrew and "red rose" in Farsi.
