Jessica Biel: Movie asks moral questions

LOS ANGELES, July 30 (UPI) -- Jessica Biel stars in Rob Cohen's latest action adventure film, "Stealth," currently showing in U.S. movie theaters.

The movie examines the questions that swirl around artificial intelligence, especially in the arena of warfare, says Biel.

"I play Lt. Kara Wade, one of the elite naval aviators in a squadron of three pilots -- myself, Jamie Foxx and Josh Lucas -- this film is about these three pilots and how the military has created this experimental plane that has artificial intelligence," Biel said.

Biel, who played Mary Camden on WB's "7th Heaven" and starred in movie "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" says her new movie asks a lot of moral questions.

"What about our future? What about these new technologies? Which will most likely be our reality sometime soon? What's right when it comes down to war? Can you take humanity out or war? Is that fair? Is that right? Is that just? These are the kind of questions that we're kind of putting out there with the film," said Biel.
