Meyers will play newcomer Randy Pearson, a music major at the local community college, and potential love interest for Donna, played by Laura Prepon. Debra Jo Rupp's Kitty and Kurtwood Smith's Red will be seen trying to adjust to their empty nest.

Meyers, by the way, is younger brother of "Saturday Night Live's" Seth Meyers. He has been a regular on "Mad TV" since 2002.
