HOLLYWOOD, March 19 (UPI) -- "Everybody Loves Raymond" co-star Brad Garrett has signed on to play Vin Diesel's nemesis in the upcoming Disney movie "The Pacifier."
Shooting is scheduled to start in Vancouver in mid-April on the Adam Shankman-directed project, which casts tough-guy Diesel as an undercover agent hired to protect a government scientist and his family, The Hollywood Reporter said Friday.
The Emmy Award-winning Garrett will play a high-school coach and principal who antagonizes Diesel's character, the trade paper noted.
The cast also includes "Catch That Kid" star Max Thieriot who will play a member of the family, alongside "American Dreams" star Brittany Snow.
Garrett gave his distinctive down-beat voice to a character in Disney's 2003 animated blockbuster, "Finding Nemo."
