Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman to divorce

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor Ethan Hawke was quoted Monday saying he and actress Uma Thurman will "probably" divorce.

Hawke, however, did not confess to adultery, which reportedly occurred while making the movie "Taking Lives" in Canada. He said the couple's five-year marriage was in trouble before the allegations came to light last year, World Entertainment News reported Monday.

"The story of us breaking up over infidelity has been an annoying one. If our problems were that simple, we'd still be together. Uma and I were having troubles long before the press got a hold of us," he said. "We'll probably get a divorce."
