The media has been in a feeding frenzy over preparations for the wedding of Spain's crown prince -- publishing everything from the security arrangements to the menu, Efe News Services reported Saturday.
Since the announcement of their engagement in November, Prince Felipe and television news anchor Letizia Ortiz have been on practically every magazine cover and are the subject of countless TV programs vying to reveal ever more details about the nuptials. The wedding is scheduled for May 22 at Madrid's Almudena Cathedral.
More than 1.2 billion people worldwide are expected to watch the live broadcast of one of the most anticipated weddings of European royalty.
