LOS ANGELES, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Fox will air "The Simple Life Reunion" Jan. 13, bringing Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Altus, Ark., locals together for a final day at the farm.
Set to broadcast one night before the season finale, the reunion show has been in the works for a while, but Fox declined to confirm the special until late Wednesday, the Daily Variety reported Thursday.
"Simple Life" stars Hilton and Richie are flying back to Altus for the reunion show, which will feature the pampered pair taking questions from about 300 locals. Leeza Gibbons will host the special.
The hourlong show also will contain new footage from Hilton and Richie's adventures in farming, along with the standard highlight clips. The Leding family, who hosted the duo, will also be on hand.
Fox has not confirmed a second season for the popular show, but given the high ratings, subsequent seasons are expected.
A DVD of the show's first season will be released by Fox Home Entertainment later this month.
