SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 24 -- Gillian Anderson, star of the Fox drama series 'The X-Files,' has scored an upset (Saturday) at the second annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, winning best actress in a dramatic TV series. Gary Sinise was named best actor in a TV movie or miniseries for his starring role in 'Truman' on HBO.
