GENEVA -- U.N. General Assembly members gathered for an extraordinary session Tuesday in Geneva, where aides to PLO chief Yasser Arafat said he would go from 'searching for peace to making peace' in the Middle East. Arafat was scheduled to deliver a major address to the first General Assembly session ever held outside United Nations headquarters in New York- a move the organization made when the Palestinian leader was denied a visa by the United States.
