BISMARCK, N.D. -- The house of representatives of the twenty-third legislature which convened today is expected to select Mrs. Minnie D. Craig as speaker. No woman has ever held the office. Mrs. Craig, veteran member from Emmond, was nominated last night by a caucus of non-partisan Republicans who control the house. She is bone dry.
