Athletes are welcomed into the Olympic Village (16 images)

It was quite the scene as athletes from around the world were welcomed into the Olympic Village with performances from Brazilian dancers and musicians on August 2, 2016, in Rio de Janeiro. No sooner did they bed in, were they heading to practice, gearing up for the Opening Ceremony in three days time.
