Prince William, Kate Middleton release new family photo with Prince George

Prince George appears in his first official portrait since his christening last year.

The duke and duchess of Cambridge released an official family portrait ahead of their tour of Australia and New Zealand.

Jason Bell, who snapped Prince George's royal christening photos last October, photographed Prince William and his wife, Kate, with Prince George and their dog, Lupo, looking through the window of their apartment at Kensington Palace.

George, now eight months old, will accompany his parents on their trip down under, and is scheduled to make several appearances. The tour begins April 7.
