April 24 (UPI) -- Press secretary Sean Spicer on Monday is scheduled to hold a daily press briefing at the White House.
He is set to answer questions from reporters at 1:30 p.m.
The briefing comes as President Donald Trump has a full day of meetings with U.S. and world officials.
In the morning, Trump was scheduled to speak by phone with German Chancellor Angela Merkel before taking part in a video conference with NASA astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
The president is attending a working lunch with ambassadors of countries on the U.S. Secretary Council and will later sign a proclamation on Holocaust Remembrance Day.
In the afternoon, Trump will meet with Secretary of Defense James Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of State Joseph Dunford.
At 5:30 p.m., Trump will attend a reception with conservative media, and at 6:30 p.m., will have dinner with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and his wife, along with Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.
