After a weeklong manhut,Vance was shot and killed on Monday.

Danny Roach, 34, who was arrested Saturday and was booked in the Oklahoma County Jail, faces charges including accessory to murder after the fact, firearm possession and shooting with intent to kill.

"Roach said he was in a lookout for Vance while Vance was at his home and that, while Vance was starting to leave, a police car drove by the front of the home. Roach continued to be the lookout and finally told Vance whether it was clear for him to drive away from the home," Oklahoma County Sheriff John Whetsel said, according to KFOR News Channel 4.

Reginald Moore, 33, and April Harden Roach, 36, also are accused of helping Vance. Harden Roach was arrested late Monday on accessory to murder charges. She allegedly helped bandage Vance's gunshot wounds.

Moore is accused of purchasing equipment in an attempt to remove a bullet lodged inside Vance after a shootout with police. Moore, who turned himself in after police searched for him, is also accused of agreeing to exchange weapons with Vance at Roach's house.

Vance was shot during a gunfight with officers, two of whom also were injured. The officers, Shaun Stewart and Jim Hampton, were responding to a report of shots fired when they encountered a man who started shooting at them. Police said that man was Vance.

Police accuse Vance of killing his aunt and uncle in the town of Luther before the shootout with police. They said the victims' injuries were consistent with an attempted decapitation. Vance then allegedly shot the two officers in Wellston, Okla., with an AK-47-type rifle. Police said he also shot a woman and stole her vehicle. The officers and the woman had non-life-threatening injuries.

While on the run, police were concerned Vance might try to infect people with HIV using a hit list.
