SPRINGFIELD, Mo., April 13 (UPI) -- The FBI has offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to the return of seven paintings of cans of soup by Andy Warhol which were stolen from a Missouri art gallery.
The artworks -- seven framed panels of a 10-panel series of Warhol's iconic Campbell's soup cans -- were stolen in an apparent break-in at the Springfield Art Museum in Springfield, Mo., last week. Each is approximately 3 feet by 2 feet in size, identical except for the names of soups printed on the cans' labels.
