NEW YORK, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- A woman who was on the way to the hospital to give birth early Tuesday got an early surprise when she instead delivered on the World Trade Center train platform.
About 2:30 a.m., the mother, who was with her husband and 2-year-old son, told the Port Authority police she could not wait to deliver. That's when Port Authority Police Officer Brian McGraw, a former EMT, jumped into action. He helped deliver the girl, along with EMS crews.
