MISSION VIEJO, Calif., May 27 (UPI) -- Orange County police found the remains of four people today while responding to a welfare check from the family of one of the deceased.

Authorities received a call around 9 a.m. after the family member was concerned with lack of contact from the deceased individual. Police entered the home to find two dead males and two dead females. Details about the identities and mutual relationship of the deceased have not yet been released, but a neighbor told the Los Angeles Times the house the bodies were found in belonged to "the perfect Christian family."
