Jan. 19, 2014 at 10:02 PM

MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- A shooting at a Minneapolis bus stop Sunday left three people wounded and police looking for the shooter.

Police spokesman John Elder said the victims, whose ages and gender weren't known, were expected to survive their wounds, the (Minneapolis) Star Tribune reported.

The gunfire occurred during an argument at a bus stop at Emerson Avenue North and West Broadway, Minneapolis police said.

While the shooter fled, Elder said investigators were following up on leads. He said police believed the victims and the suspect know each other.
