Obama schedule for Friday, June 7

WASHINGTON, June 7 (UPI) -- President Obama issues a statement about the Affordable Care Act and meets with Chinese President Xi Jinping in California Friday, the White House said.

The daily agenda indicated Obama will:

-- Give a statement to reporters on the Affordable Care Act in San Jose.

-- Travel to Los Angeles to speak at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser at a private residence in Santa Monica.

-- Travel to Palm Springs, where he will meet with Xi at The Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands.

-- Attend a working dinner with Xi.
