WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- President Obama travels to Decatur, Ga., Thursday to discuss his State of the Union plan to offer high-quality preschool for every child, the White House said.
The president will visit a pre-kindergarten classroom at College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center and then deliver remarks at the Decatur Community Recreation Center.
After his trip to Decatur, Obama is to return to Washington.
