DALLAS, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- A woman who was found shot inside a University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center parking garage in Dallas has died, authorities said.

UT Southwestern police found the woman Tuesday on the third floor of parking garage 2 in the center of campus, CBS-TV, Dallas, reported.

Staff and students at the school received a campus-wide text message alerting them to a possible homicide and ordering them to keep away from the area.

The hospital remained on lockdown during the investigation, and no suspect had been found, the TV station said.
