WASHINGTON, April 5 (UPI) -- President Obama signs the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act designed to help small businesses and startups grow and create jobs Thursday, the White House said.

The daily schedule also indicates Obama will:

-- Receive the daily briefing.

-- Meet with Vice President Joe Biden for lunch.

-- Host a screening for the film, "To Kill a Mockingbird," marking the 50th anniversary of the movie.

-- Attend two campaign events in Washington.
