Kramer is best known as the co-founder of DragonCon, a popular science fiction and fantasy gaming convention held annually in Georgia. He was charged 11 years ago with allegedly sexually abusing three teenage boys, but the trial was delayed indefinitely after Kramer's lawyers said a degenerative spinal condition made him physically unable to stand trial.

He remained under house arrest until a judge ruled in 2008 that he could travel, although he was to have no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16, the newspaper said.

Gwinnett County (Ga.) Superior Court Judge Karen Byers signed an order Wednesday revoking Kramer's bond.
