Bishop allegedly used buckshot Monday evening to shoot Jordan Eberle. Others in the neighborhood said the boy and some of his friends were running from house to house, ringing doorbells and then scooting off.

"It's just a shame in our world, in our little neighborhood something like this has happened. It's scary," Jennifer Schultz told the TV station.

Jordan remained hospitalized Wednesday at Kosair Children's Hospital. The (Louisville) Courier-Journal said his injuries were reported to be non-life-threatening.
