ARLINGTON, Texas, March 8 (UPI) -- Two young Arlington, Texas, men went shopping at a mall with their victims' credit cards after killing a minister and injuring his assistant, police said.

Anthony Gregory Springs, 19, and Steven Lawayne Nelson, 24, have been charged with capital murder, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported. They were arrested Saturday.

The Rev. Clint Dobson, 28, was killed Thursday at NorthPointe Baptist Church. He was suffocated by a plastic bag placed over his head, a coroner said.

Judy Elliott was badly hurt in the attack. Police said they had not been able to interview her as of Monday.

Investigators said they have videotape from security cameras that show Elliott's credit card at a shoe store in The Parks at Arlington mall. Her cards were also used to buy jewelry and clothing.

Elliott's car was found parked outside an Arlington apartment complex.

Two friends reported to investigators Springs and Nelson laughed while watching a TV news story on Dobson's death.

Springs denies participating in the killing, saying he met Nelson on Thursday afternoon, police said. Investigators have said they believe he was with Nelson at the church.
