WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Several women testified they participated in a swinger lifestyle at the Kansas court-martial of an HIV-positive sergeant.
Tech Sgt. David Gutierrez is on trial at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita on 10 counts ranging from aggravated assault to adultery, The Wichita (Kan.) Eagle reported.
So far, several women have testified to having sex with Gutierrez.
One woman who testified Tuesday said she and her husband met Gutierrez and his wife on an adult Web site.
After having drinks at a bar, the woman said the two couples went to a hotel where they swapped spouses.
Another witness laughed loudly when asked whether Gutierrez's wife objected to her husband having sex with other women.
The ex-husband of a woman who testified earlier denied he had any sexual contact with Gutierrez.
Military officials said they expect the case to end after a Wichita doctor who specializes in human immunodeficiency virus and AIDS care testifies.
