Obama meets in private; dines with Hu

WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- U.S. President Obama spends Tuesday in private meetings with staff and Cabinet members, and hosts Chinese President Hu Jintao for dinner, the White House said.

In the morning, Obama will receive the daily briefings and meet with senior advisers, the daily agenda indicated. He also will meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

In the evening, Obama will host a private dinner for Hu.
