WASHINGTON, March 25 (UPI) -- U.S. President Barack Obama planned to discuss benefits of the healthcare reform law for families and small businesses in a return to Iowa Thursday, aides said.

Obama was to explain how the new law will give people and businesses more control over their healthcare options, the White House said.
