The White House announced last week Obama would delay departure on a diplomatic visit to Australia, Indonesia and other countries for several days so he could be in Washington for an anticipated vote on the the Senate version of the healthcare bill and an accompanying package of fixes. He was to depart Thursday; his new departure day is Sunday.

Late last week, House leaders said they hoped both the Senate bill and a reconciliation package could hit the floor later this week.
