KRASNODAR, Russia, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- One person died and 30 others were injured when a double-decker bus collided with a truck in southern Russia's Krasnodar Territory Friday, authorities said.
The emergencies ministry said the truck swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed into a bus en route to the resort city of Anapa with about 66 passengers aboard.

The truck driver was killed, RIA Novosti reported. Police said he apparently fell asleep at the wheel.
