Obama to meet Netanyahu, Mubarak, Abbas

WASHINGTON, May 12 (UPI) -- Three leaders in Middle East peace negotiations will be visiting U.S. President Barack Obama during May, the White House said Tuesday.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will visit on May 18, followed by President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt on May 26, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said in a statement.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will travel to Washington May 28, Gibbs said.

"With each of them, the president will discuss ways the United States can strengthen and deepen our partnerships," Gibbs said, "as well as the steps all parties should take to help achieve peace between Israelis and Palestinians and between Israel and the Arab states."
