Sydney -- the top enlisted man at the 45th Security Forces Squadron -- arranged liaisons between the unnamed woman and Chief Master Sgt. Troy B. Parker of Peterson Air Force Base, Florida Today reported.

The woman -- a reservist and staff sergeant on active duty -- reported to Sydney, who allegedly threatened to prolong her active duty tour if she did not perform sexual favors, Florida Today said.

Parker, who is stationed at Space Command headquarters in Colorado, was charged with dereliction of duty and impeding an investigation in connection with the alleged trysts. He pleaded guilty on May 12 to the dereliction of duty charges, and the Air Force dropped the other charge.
