Powerball jackpot at record $365M

WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- The Powerball jackpot for Saturday's drawing is an estimated $365 million, a record for any U.S. lottery.

The cash option for the Saturday drawing will be an estimated $177.3 million.

The jackpot amount has jumped because there was no grand prize winner in Wednesdays' drawing. The numbers were 3, 13, 35, 39, 40 and the Powerball was 37. The Power Play multiplier was 5.

Fourteen players correctly matched the five numbers and won $200,000. Also Wednesday, 2,450,454 players across the nation won more than $22.2 million in prizes in the drawing.

Powerball is played in 28 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
