Georgia budget crisis unsolved

ATLANA, Ga., April 22 (UPI) -- No solution to the state's budget crisis is in sight and the end of the 2003 session of the Georgia General Assembly is nearing. Republican Gov. Sonny Perdue wants to raise tobacco taxes and so do Democratic leaders but the GOP-dominated Senate hasn't budged.
