Sen. Graham files presidency papers

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Sen. Bob Graham, D-Fla., filed papers in Washington and Tallahassee, Fla., Thursday as a first step in running for the presidency. Graham, who had open-heart surgery Jan. 31 that included a double bypass, is waiting for his doctors' approval before beginning an active campaign, probably in April.
