Tracks to appeal Ariz. Indian gaming case

PHOENIX, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Three Arizona racetrack organizations planned to appeal a ruling on their challenge to a ballot measure allowing the state to enter into deals on gaming with the state's Indian tribes. A Phoenix judge Friday refused to block the governor from entering into revenue agreements with tribal casinos under Proposition 202.
