NEW YORK, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Crude prices bounced back Friday after a high-ranking Iraqi official rejected the return of U.N. weapons inspectors to his nation. October crude, which lost nearly $1 on Thursday, was up 95 cents early Friday afternoon at $29.80 per barrel.
