Moussaoui discovery motions contested

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Discovery motions by Zacarias Moussaoui -- the only person charged so far in the United States in connection with the Sept. 11 terror attacks -- should be denied because they are unreasonable and unsupportable, according to a motion by prosecutors. Acting as his own attorney, Moussaoui faces multiple conspiracy counts, including capital charges.
